Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of secondary market real estate agents.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for the team and ensure regular monitoring.
- Provide training, coaching, and daily guidance to enhance agents’ performance and sales techniques.
- Conduct daily briefings, weekly meetings, and one-on-one reviews to track progress and address challenges.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on results.
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively engage in buying and selling ready / resale properties across Dubai communities.
- Source, list, and market secondary market properties through property portals, referrals, and network contacts.
- Support team members in negotiations and deal closures, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and developers.
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems, listings updates, and documentation accuracy.
- Stay informed about market trends, community prices, and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Operations:
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing department for property promotions and lead generation.
- Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and developer launches.
