Team Leader – Secondary Market (Real Estate)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of secondary market real estate agents.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for the team and ensure regular monitoring.
  • Provide training, coaching, and daily guidance to enhance agents’ performance and sales techniques.
  • Conduct daily briefings, weekly meetings, and one-on-one reviews to track progress and address challenges.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on results.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively engage in buying and selling ready / resale properties across Dubai communities.
  • Source, list, and market secondary market properties through property portals, referrals, and network contacts.
  • Support team members in negotiations and deal closures, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM systems, listings updates, and documentation accuracy.
  • Stay informed about market trends, community prices, and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Operations:

  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department for property promotions and lead generation.
  • Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and developer launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
