MEA Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Secondary Market to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Dubai real estate market and hands-on knowledge of leading property portals including Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven experience in the secondary market
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bayut
• Dubizzle
• Property Finder
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to achieve sales targets and support team performance

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the sales team
• Handle secondary market property listings
• Monitor and optimize property advertisements on portals
• Generate leads and close deals
• Train and guide agents to improve performance
• Ensure excellent client service and market knowledge
