Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Explain and promote study abroad courses and international education opportunities.
  • Convince and counsel students regarding suitable courses, countries, and universities.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and admissions prospects.
  • Schedule meetings or counselling sessions with study abroad counsellors.
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate the tele sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Track team performance, call quality, and conversion ratios.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate closely with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
