Team Leader- Telesales (Female Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee a team of telesales representatives selling B2B software and digital marketing solutions

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets in the software and digital marketing sectors

- Set clear goals, KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback to team members

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities

- Train, mentor, and support team members for continuous growth and improvement in B2B sales

- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in software or digital marketing sales

- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, software sales, and digital marketing solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English
