Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and experienced Tele sales Agent with a strong background in tele-sales and in-clinic sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with clients, and a passion for promoting aesthetic, Dental services or medical service solutions in general.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tele-sales follow-ups, lead calls, and appointment confirmations.
  • Recommend personalized treatment plans and close sales effectively.
  • Proactively reach out to potential and past clients to upsell packages or promote offers.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or clinic software.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent conversions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk to ensure smooth client journey and satisfaction.
  • Educate clients about pre and post-care, packages, and long-term wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales and in-clinic sales (preferably in a aesthetic & dental clinic).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills – fluent in both Arabic & English language.
  • Presentable, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or patient management software is preferred.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
