Job Title: Team Manager – Sales & Compliance
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years as a Manager in Sales domain (not showroom/retail)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager – Sales & Compliance to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should come with prior managerial experience in SaaS sales, service-based sales, or similar domains and possess strong communication and compliance management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and client agreements.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Develop sales strategies to enhance pipeline and conversion.
- Train, coach, and mentor the team to improve productivity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to deliver client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager/Team Manager in SaaS, B2B, or service-based sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office.
