Job Purpose

Ensure continuity of employee services to all the employees residing in the company accommodations by receiving and delivering supplies in accordance to EFS department requirements within the stipulated time.

Key Result Areas

1. Conduct daily facility checks, segregation of supplies, good storage and labelling practices, work order handling, housekeeping, reporting irregularities or employee complaints. Load and off-load all the incoming and outgoing consignments using excellent stacking and transporting techniques and ensure no damage to goods or their packing.

2. Maintain the store items in a tidy manner in order to simplify the issuance and stock taking process and rearrange the Stores as required.

3. Maintain the Bin cards/ inventory trackers in a systematic manner to ensure that the items are delivered to the various sections within the Department on a *first in, first out* basis based on requirements received.

4. Support the inventory controller in handling the inventory activities, different stock transactions and ensure the required inventory levels of stocks are maintained to ensure business continuity.

5. Assisting internal stakeholders with accurate information in order to achieve service excellence.

6. Execute daily operational activities by adhering to the company*s Hygiene and safety rules and regulations to ensure compliance standards. Suggest better process to the team leader based on the gaps identified in daily Operations.

7. Inform the respective Team Leaders/Accommodation Supervisors about employee concerns/issues received and ensure they are resolved as per the target timelines.

8. Coordinate the maintenance tasks with the accommodation team/contractors to action the facility maintenance activities and ensure on time completion.

9. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute his/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience

Education Qualification:
1. Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Work Experience:
1.1 year of experience in a similar role in an employee facilities environment.

Skills

1. Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all internal customer expectations and requirement

2.Should be organized, methodical, able to work under pressure and follow instructions.

3.Able to demonstrate knowledge of employee facilities & services specifically inventory and employee facilities

4.Good communication and customer service skills.

5.Basic MS office intermediate skill
