Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction projects
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment
• Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency
• Preparation of MIS reports & review progress with contractor on day to day activities.
