Overview:

Job Summary-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter & Opcenter Development Lead / Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of PLM and MES solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and Opcenter platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving digital transformation in manufacturing and engineering domains.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Teamcenter and Opcenter solutions.
Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices for PLM-MES interoperability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Guide and mentor development teams across multiple projects and geographies.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for PLM/MES deployments.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership in resolving system-level challenges.
Stay updated with Siemens roadmap and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Engineering Degree or equivalent.

Essential skills:

Background & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter (UA) and Opcenter (Execution/APS/Quality).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
  - Teamcenter ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC, BMIDE, and Active Workspace customization.
  - Opcenter Execution (DIS/MES) configuration and integration.
  - Integration using T4x, BOP, MOM interfaces, or custom middleware.
- Experience with enterprise integration (ERP, CAD, IoT, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java, C++, XML, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Siemens Certified Professional – Teamcenter / Opcenter
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
