Döhler Turkey is looking for a Teamlead Logistics to be employed for Balıkesir (Marmara) factory with following qualifications;

Your Role

• Ensure that logistics (planning, organization, and execution) and shipment processes are carried out in line with the planned/targeted time, cost, and efficiency criteria, in accordance with customer needs and requirements,
• Manage warehouse operations and shipment processes in compliance with company procedures and quality standards
• Closely monitor product inbound, return, and outbound processes; plan ahead and take actions to ensure operations run at the fastest and most optimal level
• Monitor and analyze logistics and shipment operation KPIs; identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans
• Ensure smooth execution of product/raw material inbound and outbound processes, maintaining continuous communication between relevant departments
• Organize and manage periodic stock counts
• Ensure implementation and enforcement of occupational health & safety and environmental protection measures

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Logistics,
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics processes,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong experience in SAP EWM or WM,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with advanced presentation and reporting abilities,
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, and research-driven,
• Willingness and ability to travel,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
• For male candidates: completion of mandatory military service
