Hiring: Technical Support Engineer(Night Shift – Freshers Welcome)

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware/software issues
• Assist customers over call/chat with step-by-step solutions
• Install & configure computers, peripherals, and software
• Maintain records of issues and resolutions

Requirements:

• Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (IT/CS)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer/OS knowledge
• Night shift availability
• Freshers & immediate joiners welcome
