Summary
We are seeking, for one of our subsidiaries, a
Tech & Warranty Support
professional to join our Operations Division. The role focuses on managing product return operations (RMA) and ensuring compliance with warranty procedures by coordinating across technical, logistics, and customer service teams. This position plays a vital part in improving process quality, reducing non-conformities, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between
Project Managers
and
Customer Service
for Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).

Track and follow up on
non-conformities (NCs)
, ensuring corrective actions are implemented by the Quality team.

Coordinate with the
logistics team
to manage product return pickups and deliveries.

Maintain clear communication by sharing tracking details and updates with stakeholders.

Follow
company SOPs
for handling returned products — including inspection, segregation, repackaging, reuse, or e-scrapping.

Support
product diversions
via RMA and Vendor Return Authorization (VRA) processes.

Collaborate with
Quality, Project Management, Logistics, and Customer Service
teams.

Ensure
accurate inventory control
of returned products in coordination with warehouses.

Manage
RMA inventory
and determine proper disposition (reuse, repair, or scrap).

Support
failure analysis
and assist in retrieving defective products for root cause studies.

Oversee
e-waste vendor management
including registration, payment, and performance tracking.

Continuously improve RMA documentation and reporting for greater efficiency.

Collect and analyze data to prepare dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
(or related field).

Minimum
4–6 years of experience
in managing product returns (RMA), logistics, or supply chain processes.

Hands-on experience in
warehousing, order handling, transportation, and planning
within a global supply chain.

Knowledge of
solar PV systems
and
electronic component failure analysis
.

Strong understanding of
logistics policies, customs documentation, and INCOTERMS
.

Proficient in
Power BI
,
SAP
, or
NetSuite
.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business processes and cross-functional interactions.
