Job Overview

The Technical Assistant provides frontline support by delivering exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and professionally welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors. This role supports daily office operations, ensures compliance with company standards, and assists with a variety of administrative tasks to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or area.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties including word processing, filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with reviewing, scanning, and submitting Accounts Payable documents.
  • Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Provide general office support and assist with additional functions as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the company’s Safety, Security, Compliance, Quality, and HSE policies.
  • Prioritize Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental protection across all daily activities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to service quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate financial responsibility by managing expenses within approved guidelines and ensuring timely processing.
  • Take ownership of personal development by completing required training and engaging in ongoing performance discussions.
  • Uphold professionalism, ethical conduct, and adherence to company standards at all times.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks as required by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate University degree or diploma in related major
