Education Required

Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.

PG: MBA, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc in Any Specialization.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding & Serving Clients: We actively listen to clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships to deliver solutions that help them achieve their goals.

2. Managing Projects & Sprints: We keep projects on track by managing timelines, coordinating daily and sprint meetings, and ensuring high-quality results from each development cycle.

3. Teamwork & Clear Communication: We ensure everyone works together smoothly by fostering open communication, collaborating with product owners, and resolving any roadblocks.

4. Growing Client Accounts: We focus on keeping clients happy, offering ongoing support, and finding new ways to expand our business through referrals and additional services.

5. Improving Processes & Teams: We help design and document efficient workflows, and guide our development teams to continuously improve how they work.

What you need to Bring:

1. Experience: You've worked before as a Business Analyst or in a similar position. Requirement Gathering & Elicitation – Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.

2. Requirement Documentation & Management – Writing BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Preparing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

3. Tech Know-How: You understand software products, their features, and related services.

4. Communication Skills: You can explain complex ideas clearly, both when speaking and writing (including technical documents).

5. Agile & Scrum Familiarity: You're comfortable with Agile and Scrum ways of working.

6. Tool Proficiency: You know how to use project management tools.

7. Process Modeling – Creating workflows, use case diagrams, and process maps.

8. Agile & Scrum Familiarity: You're comfortable with Agile and Scrum ways of working.

Good to Have:

1. Certified in Business Analysis: Holding a certification like CBAP or CCBA is a plus.

2. Industry Software Knowledge: You're familiar with software and tools specific to our industry.

3. Data Analysis Skills: You can analyze data to find useful business insights and are good with data visualization tools.

4. Client Interaction Experience: You have experience working directly with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
