Technical Consultant- Dynamics Infrastructure

The ideal candidate must have 0-1 year in relevant domain (preferably at partner side) with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations & CE environments. He shall be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations & Dynamics 365 CE platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the infrastructure architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations & CE deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain best practices for infrastructure deployment, configuration, and optimization.
• Perform capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure the platform meets current and future needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure components.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations infrastructure.
• He must be capable of managing power platform environments as well.
• Excellent command on Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Retail installation & troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year in relevant domain (preferably at partner side)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Expert (Minimum 6 Months) with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations & CE.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL Database, Azure App Services, and Azure Active Directory.
• In Depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O on-premise installation and SQL Server HA.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and on-premises infrastructure.
