Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content & Copy Writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content. The ideal candidate will create high-quality technical documentation, marketing copy, and digital content that communicates product value effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit technical content, including documentation, guides, manuals, and knowledge base articles.
  • Develop marketing and product copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Create SEO-optimized blog posts and articles related to company products and industry trends.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather information.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
  • Conduct research to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and structure.
  • Update existing documentation and marketing materials as products evolve.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, engaging language.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and marketing copy.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong research and editing skills.
