Technical Content Writer

Technical & Product Content

• Create high-quality content including technical blogs, product documentation, user guides, FAQs, knowledge-base articles, and release notes.
• Translate technical specifications and workflows into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand features, updates, and technical details.

Marketing & Thought Leadership

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing-page content related to SaaS, APIs, security, fintech, and software development.
• Develop content that supports lead generation, product awareness, and customer education.
• Research industry trends and create insightful content aligned with company goals.

Documentation & Knowledge Base

• Maintain and improve internal and external documentation.
• Create onboarding materials and product usage guides.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all technical content.

Collaboration & Review

• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams for visuals, infographics, and content layout.
• Review and edit content for grammar, tone, technical accuracy, and brand voice.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate content accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, English, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer / Technical Writer / SaaS Content Writer.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
