Responsibilities:

Develop and edit technical content for proposals, EOIs, capability statements, CVs, and project references.

Use Adobe InDesign to format and design visually compelling proposals with a focus on readability, clarity, and brand consistency.

Collaborate with engineers, bid managers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into accessible, structured content.

Rework dense Word-based documents into engaging layouts using best practices in typography, design hierarchy, and information flow.

Create and manage templates, infographics, and document components to improve quality and production efficiency.

Ensure alignment with submission requirements (e.g., World Bank, EBRD, EU-PRAG) and internal standards.

Respond to client clarification requests and support related corporate communications such as brochures or technical presentations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in technical writing or proposal development, preferably in infrastructure, transport, or consultancy.

Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable); strong layout and formatting capabilities are essential.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and enhance documents through structured, user-friendly design.

Familiarity with international procurement processes (e.g., World Bank, EIB, UNDP) is highly valued.

Fluency in English (required); Arabic is a plus.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with SharePoint or Salesforce is beneficial.

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
