Technical Coordinator

• Reviewing issued for construction IFC drawings and submitting related request for information (RFI)
• ensuring design adheres to company standards guidelines
• overseeing all aspects of design submittals, reviews & approvals, to ensure compliance with contract requirements, & reporting deviations when necessary.
• submitting shop drawings, material submissions, and sample tags to consultants in accordance with project specifications.
• scheduling, coordinating and managing all design technical meetings with other departments.
• managing multiple vendors and contractors to ensure timely submissions of drawings, materials etc. aligning with their scope requirementsand obtaining consultants approvals prior to commencing site works.
• coordinating with vendors and contractors to develop shop drawings that match consultant drawings, BOQ, and approved materials and submitting them for approvals.
• prepare and review Method statement.
