Technical Coordinator- PRODUCTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator (Production) to support and enhance our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining technical standards, supervising tailors, improving production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality workmanship across all.

Key Responsibilities\

• Review completed samples and recommend improvements in stitching, embroidery, and finishing for professional-quality output.
• Oversee and guide tailors to ensure adherence to approved stitching methods and finishing standards.
• Train new and existing tailors on production techniques, quality requirements, and technical standards.
• Improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time, and maintain consistent quality.
• Conduct pre-QC checks to ensure all items meet company standards before submission to the Quality Control team.
• Inspect materials received from stores and immediately report any damaged or defective items.
• Review and monitor subcontractors’ materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Provide regular reports to the General Manager on quality issues, production challenges, and improvement plans.
• Manage day-to-day workflow and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion production, garment construction, or technical coordination.
• Strong knowledge of stitching types, garment finishing, tailoring techniques, and production standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to interact with teams at all levels.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle deadlines and multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing subcontractors is an advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
