  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to manage and track all technical documentation.
  • Review and maintain shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, material submittals, and other technical documents.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of technical documentation to meet project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing technical queries (RFI – Request for Information) and manage the response tracking process.
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications, local codes, and client requirements.
  • Organize and update project documentation logs including drawing registers, submittal logs, and transmittals.
  • Liaise with procurement and site execution teams for technical clarifications and delivery coordination.
  • Support quality control and HSE teams by ensuring technical documentation aligns with QA/QC and safety standards.
  • Attend technical meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) for record keeping and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate design revisions and changes with the design and construction teams.
  • Assist in BIM coordination (if applicable) and clash detection reports with the design consultants.
