Job Title: Customer Support Executive – AI Tools, Automation & Lang Chain
Location: Bahria Phase 7
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Support)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with strong hands-on experience in AI tools, automation workflows, and Lang Chain-based implementations. The ideal candidate will support users of our AI-driven platforms, troubleshoot AI-related issues, and ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions. This role requires practical exposure to AI workflows and the ability to guide customers through real-world AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 customer support via chat, email, and phone (rotational shifts).
  • Resolve customer queries related to AI tools, Lang Chain workflows, automation setups, and product features.
  • Assist users in configuring prompts, chains, agents, memory, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot AI model responses, LangChain pipelines, API issues, and system behavior.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain structured support logs.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance AI usability and performance.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and supportive communication with users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Practical working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI builders, automation tools).
  • Working knowledge of Lang Chain, including chains, agents, memory, and tool integrations.
  • Prior experience in AI or SaaS customer support is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of prompts, workflows, API calls, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Zapier, Make.com, RPA tools, or AI automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Fresh desk, or Intercom.
  • Exposure to LLM orchestration, prompt optimization, and retrieval-based workflows (RAG).
  • Multilingual communication skills.
  • Ability to test, evaluate, and improve AI and Lang Chain-driven responses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
