We are expanding our team and looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Technical Delivery Manager to manage critical project lifecycles. What You’ll Do:

As our Lead Technical Delivery Manager, you will be the backbone of our project operations. You will:

• Drive Project Success: Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of high-stakes real estate projects, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and architectural integrity.
• Lead & Mentor: Supervise and guide our technical team, providing clear direction on workflow execution and task prioritization.
• Technical Training: Design and deliver internal training programs to upskill the team on latest technical standards, regulatory updates, and optimized documentation workflows.
• Navigate Regulatory Frameworks: Act as the primary interface between the company and relevant authorities; manage the submission, tracking, and finalization of all required statutory filings.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct exhaustive reviews of all architectural plans, schematics, and technical submissions to ensure 100% compliance before they reach authority portals.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication across multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical discrepancies and navigate procedural hurdles.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Blueprint: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• The Experience: You bring 5+ years of solid professional experience in architectural or engineering project management.
• The Specialized Edge: You have at least 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience navigating complex statutory approval workflows for large-scale developments.
• Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in CAD, architectural schematics, and technical documentation standards.
• Leadership: You have a proven track record of managing and training technical teams to reach peak performance.
• Location: Ideally based in one of our key operational hubs.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Established experience working within the specific regulatory environments of our primary operational regions.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline documentation processes and reduce approval turnaround times.
