Technical Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in civil/infra/building projects, with solid exposure to high-end villas and residential developments in the UAE.
• Strong background in technical documentation
• Experience in coordinating with design consultants, site engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
