Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, detail, and manage comprehensive technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation using Revit and other relevant software.
- Translate architectural and engineering designs into precise, practical technical packages for site execution.
- Coordinate with design consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent is maintained within project constraints.
Project Support & Coordination:
- Assist in the development of project plans, focusing on technical feasibility, construction methodologies, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Technical managers, project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth technical execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to verify that work is carried out according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Construction & Contracting Expertise:
- Leverage a solid background in contracting to provide practical construction solutions, value engineering, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Review and advise on material selection, construction techniques, and installation processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all technical deliverables comply with relevant local authorities' regulations, building codes, and company best practices.
- Identify and address any discrepancies between design documents and on-site conditions.
- Support the project team in conducting quality control inspections and snagging.
