Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

· Set up and install products at client sites.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation for product setup, installation, and

troubleshooting.

· Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.

· Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of products into

client systems.

· Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site as needed.

· Stay updated with the latest developments in VH and microscope-related technologies.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of microscope technology and its applications.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Details

· Working Days: Monday to Friday

· Office Timing: 8:30 – 17:30

· Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

· Training: Provided after joining

· Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada
