Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Evaluation
- Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and project requirements
- Evaluate products and solutions for technical compliance with client and project standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications and documentation
Technical Documentation & Submittals
- Prepare and review submittals, datasheets, method statements, and compliance documents
- Support preparation of technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and pre-qualification submissions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all technical documentation
Product & Application Support
- Support product selection and application based on project requirements
- Maintain technical knowledge of company products and solutions
- Assist in introducing new products and solutions through technical evaluation and documentation
Client & Internal Coordination
- Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and clarification discussions with clients and consultants
- Act as a technical interface between sales, engineering, procurement, and suppliers
- Provide internal technical guidance and support when required
Market & Technical Awareness
- Monitor industry standards, codes, and technical developments relevant to company products
- Provide technical feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of offerings
- Assist management with technical assessments related to product performance and suitability
