Technical Engineer (Structural steel/metal)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Engineer to support façade and aluminium projects through accurate technical documentation, consultant coordination, and material approvals. This role requires strong engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve technical challenges while ensuring compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile technical submittal documents, including material specifications, drawings, and sample boards, for consultant and client review.
• Attend meetings with consultants, main contractors, and clients to clarify technical details and secure approvals for material and system submissions.
• Study, verify, and ensure the accuracy of all engineering documents related to aluminium façade systems, shop drawings, and material compliance.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align technical submissions with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support the project team in addressing consultant comments, providing alternative technical solutions, and ensuring timely re-submissions when required.
• Monitor and update technical documentation to reflect approved revisions, ensuring traceability and consistency across all project records.
• Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure that approved technical details are properly implemented on-site.
