Job Summary

Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on architectural and engineering specifications. This role is crucial in transforming design concepts into precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Convert sketches, specifications, and designs into technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate and feasible drawings.
• Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Maintain a library of approved drawings, blueprints, and project records.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and construction standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, layout plans, and working details for on-site execution.
• Perform site visits to verify dimensions and provide drawing support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the construction or architectural sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D modeling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and technical standards.
