Job Summary:
Lead and manage the technical department for major civil/construction projects. Provide technical direction, ensure compliance with designs and regulations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality project execution. Jooble+1

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical teams to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Jooble
• Review and manage technical documentation, shop drawings, and as‑built drawings. Jooble
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors. Jooble
• Handle material submittals, samples, and approvals from clients and authorities. Jooble
• Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle. Jooble
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and QA/QC standards.Education & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field. GulfTalent
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction or technical management roles. GulfTalent
