Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our engineering team and drive project success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting clear strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and overseeing the development of engineering projects in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategies, objectives, and deliverables for the engineering team in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with company policies and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the design and development of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Provide project oversight to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Ensure all engineering and technical operations align with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Supervise and lead engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering activities with business objectives.
• Oversee and guide consultants' design progress activities.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication within the technical team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MSc/MA is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and project management procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to support and lead technical teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
