Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer located in New Cairo. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, managing bill of quantities (BOQ), and conducting quantity surveying. The role also includes coordinating with civil and electrical engineering teams, ensuring project specifications and standards are met, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Knowledge in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying
• At least two years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in HVAC or Fire Systems is a plus
