Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Technical Office Manager for Roads and Utilities based in Alexandria. The Deputy Manager will assist in overseeing the development and review of technical drawings, monitoring project budgets, and providing technical support for road construction and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities also include supporting project management to ensure timely and quality completion, conducting technical assessments, and providing expertise on engineering aspects relevant to the sector. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership and guidance to the technical team and acting on behalf of the manager when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
  • Strong Research skills to analyze data and provide efficient solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide technical guidance to project teams
  • Relevant experience in road construction and infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
