About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Operations / Business Manager to oversee company operations, lead multiple departments, and manage both on-site and overseas teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, ensuring efficient delivery of IT infrastructure projects and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple departments including Network, Support, Cloud, and Projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee company-wide systems, operations, and project delivery locally and overseas.
- Lead and coordinate on-site and remote engineers for timely project completion.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and international partners for smooth operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and service excellence.
- Support business growth through strategic planning, innovation, and leadership.
- Monitor company performance, budgets, and KPIs across all departments.
- Plan, execute, and monitor system integration and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or project management.
- Proven experience in leading multiple teams and departments across diverse functions.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and security systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing overseas operations or international clients is an advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are preferred.
- Extensive experience with systems integrators and Microsoft/Cisco or other system/network partners, managing complex multi-site infrastructure projects.
