We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist (Remote) to manage our business operations while also serving as a hands-on technical expert. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day activities of our technical support, sales, and marketing teams, coordinate multiple teams, manage client relationships, and provide advanced IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all team members by assigning tasks and ensuring workload balance for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong English skills, both speaking and writing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Organize weekly team meetings and provide regular updates to management.
  • Attend client meetings and act as a client relationship manager, ensuring all client issues are resolved promptly.
  • Oversee technical support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
  • Provide hands-on IT support, including troubleshooting servers, computers, networking, VoIP, and PBX systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), for workflow automation and solutions.
  • Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of products/services.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making to address operational and technical challenges efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Full-time availability.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of technical support experience with leadership skills
  • Proven experience in IT support, networking, servers, Azure, Microsoft 365, licensing, VoIP, and PBX systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience managing multiple teams or coordinating tasks across departments.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of operations.
