Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with 3 years of experience in managing and delivering technology-driven products. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of product strategy, user needs, and technical systems to drive innovation, align teams, and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Own the product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timeline.
Analyze data and user feedback to guide product decisions and enhancements.
Develop and maintain product documentation, technical specs, and release notes.
Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure product scalability, security, and technical feasibility with development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software product environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Figma, Confluence).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical details into clear business insights and vice versa.
