Technical Product Manager

The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Conduct Market & User Research: Gather insights through customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to validate ideas and shape the product direction.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and translate requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with objectives and is delivered on time.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to define UI/UX and support design discussions.
• Agile & SCRUM Participation: Actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective delivery using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Product Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Data Studio. Use insights to identify improvements and guide iterations.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and user feedback to prioritize features, validate assumptions, and support roadmap decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related discussions, ensuring clear and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Competitor Analysis & Market Adaptability: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
● 3 + Years experience in the TPM
● Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience with data-driven decision-making.
● Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
● Technical background or understanding of software development.
● Knowledge of products regarding e-commerce & classified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs260,000.00 per month
