Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent technical programs from planning to delivery
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution across engineering and product teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans
• Track KPIs, delivery progress, and technical dependencies
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release cycles
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Background in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to enterprise software or SaaS environments
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications
• Experience in digital transformation or consulting environments
