About the Role:
Hashlogics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in project coordination—particularly in software development and fit-out/infrastructure domains. You will play a key role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily project activities and ensure smooth progress across all phases.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and develop execution plans.
- Coordinate with design teams to deliver client-aligned and budget-conscious solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Monitor and align timelines, managing dependencies across departments.
- Resolve project-related issues and support junior project managers when needed.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and manage sprint planning and execution.
- Oversee software development projects and ensure timely sprint releases.
- Recommend and incorporate new software trends and strategies into projects.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of programming concepts for effective technical coordination.
- Evaluate ongoing projects for performance, reporting key insights to leadership.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure delivery of projects within risk, sustainability, and quality frameworks.
- Track contractor progress and ensure timely execution per contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in tech and infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development life cycles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
