Role Overview

The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting project managers with documentation, communication, and resource management. This role requires organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical projects.
• Support project managers in tracking progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Coordinate resources and logistics to support project execution.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or technical project support.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with IT systems, engineering workflows, or software development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
