Technical Project Coordinator – Sales Enablement

Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Project Coordinator to work exclusively with our Sales Team, ensuring rapid and technically sound responses to potential clients. This role blends client-facing agility with internal enablement, requiring a confident communicator who can make decisions independently and collaborate across departments. The selected candidate will also be trained directly by the COO, with all training fully documented for future continuity. Key Responsibilities Client Response Management

  • Respond promptly and professionally to potential client queries, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to refine response workflows and improve turnaround efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on response time metrics using internal tools.

Client Expansion Strategy

  • Design and implement a questionnaire and outreach plan to revisit existing clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic follow-ups with clients when bandwidth allows, documenting insights and next steps.

Internal Enablement

  • Meet with employees across departments to coach them on generating more work from existing clients, using structured guidance and examples.
  • Create and maintain a scalable internal playbook based on successful client engagement practices.

Training & Documentation

  • Receive direct training from the COO on all responsibilities, with comprehensive documentation created during onboarding.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure seamless handover in case of role transition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical coordination, client-facing, or sales enablement role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital platforms, or technical service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Confident decision-maker with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation tools, and client engagement strategies.
  • A natural facilitator with a proactive and mentoring mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
