Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

ML Bench is seeking a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, an excellent communicator, and adept at using modern tools (including AI-based solutions) to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across various tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Oversee cloud-based infrastructure and deployment on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure proper integration of databases, APIs, and keep projects aligned with emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
• Drive collaboration between development, design, and QA teams to meet objectives.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management (preferably in software or tech industry).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software development processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of programming concepts (not hands-on coding, but able to understand tech discussions).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Awareness of data management and AI/ML trends.
• Proven ability to handle client communications and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
