Technical Project Manager

Consecutive Bytes is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development and an eye for both design and code. This role is central to ensuring our engineering projects are well-organized, client-focused, and delivered with quality and precision. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled project manager but also a technically minded professional who can understand design details, communicate effectively with clients, and guide the engineering team toward successful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Create clear project roadmaps with timelines, resource planning, and risk management strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical requirements and design expectations are clearly understood and communicated.
• Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Coordinate team members, assign responsibilities, and track task progress to maintain delivery timelines.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, CMS solutions, and frameworks to best deliver projects.
• Stay updated on technical trends that could influence development and design decisions.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.
• Review deliverables for both technical accuracy (code quality, architecture) and design consistency (UI/UX alignment).
• Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible — including plans, reports, and client communications.
• Support the Sales team in demos and client discussions, addressing technical and design-related queries confidently.

Required Skills:

• Strong project management experience, preferably in a services-based software company.
• Solid background in software development (programming, coding, debugging).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to review designs critically.
• Agile methodology experience with a track record of delivering projects in iterative cycles.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical problem-solving with creative design considerations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at bridging the gap between design, engineering, and business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
