Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle MERN stack projects — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Design and review API architectures (REST / GraphQL).
• Coordinate backend (Nest.js) and frontend (Next.js) development workflows.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).
• Coordinate backend (Nest.js/Express.js) and frontend (Next.js) development workflows.
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and uptime.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Git branching strategies.
• Drive sprint planning, progress tracking, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3 years in software development or project leadership (preferably MERN stack).
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools: Docker, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWS, Nginx.
• Experience with microservices, API gateways, and version control workflows.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and technical team management.
• Excellent communication for client and team coordination.
