Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee and drive the successful execution of our software development projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and sprint plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business impact.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and track progress to ensure accountability and productivity.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status review meetings.
• Identify and resolve team bottlenecks or blockers promptly to maintain project momentum.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Translate technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments through structured change control processes.

Risk, Quality & Delivery

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through thorough QA and UAT processes.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to capture learnings and improve future delivery processes.

Technical Oversight

• Understand the technical architecture, system dependencies, and integrations of each project.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to make informed decisions on technology choices and implementation approaches.
• Review technical documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development lifecycles, cloud platforms, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum and Kanban projects.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
