Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, with experience in prioritizing objectives, managing multiple projects, and communicating complex technical information effectively. If you have a development background and a deep understanding of PMI methodologies, you could be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet time, scope, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers across multiple tech stacks, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and clients with clarity and transparency.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate technical discussions, offering strong technical insight and ensuring alignment between development teams and project objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews, capturing lessons learned for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in project management within the IT services industry, with a history of handling complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with hands-on experience working with developers across multiple tech stacks.
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, management, and documentation.
• Communication: Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder management.
• Documentation: Strong documentation skills to create and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and facilitate team success.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in project management are a plus.
• Prior experience managing international clients and offshore teams.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
