About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage website, software, and digital transformation projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in English, and a sharp eye for detail.

This role requires someone who can efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of documentation, communication, and execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including RFPs, SOWs, technical specifications, and proposals.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal teams with clear, professional, and proactive correspondence.
• Conduct UX/UI reviews and contribute to experience-driven solutions aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress reporting using tools like Jira, Asana, Basecamp, or ClickUp.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Ensure detailed documentation, version control, and consistent process improvements.
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) and final deliverable validation before launch.
• Maintain a structured and organized approach while paying close attention to every detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software, eCommerce, or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, including CMS platforms and integrations.
• Proficiency in UX/UI fundamentals and experience working closely with design teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to prepare technical proposals, RFPs, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum-based workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
