We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Software Project Manager to lead and oversee complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful execution of software initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of software development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other technical specialists.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and executive management regarding project status, challenges, and successes.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven 3 years of experience in software project management, with a strong technical background.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex software projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Click Up, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
