About the Role
A leading company is seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager to drive the delivery of an integrated digital ecosystem connecting physical retail stores, online platforms, and AI-enabled mobile applications. This role will oversee complex technical projects involving system integrations, marketplace development, mobile platforms, and data-driven service operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects across retail, marketplace, and mobile platforms.
- Manage technical onboarding and system integrations with retail partners, POS systems, APIs, and onsite hardware devices.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of service management platforms handling order intake, scheduling, dispatching, tracking, digital documentation, and payment reconciliation.
- Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure seamless integration between online product marketplaces, service offerings, and payment systems.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive UX/UI experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive implementation of automation for notifications, scheduling, routing, and backend operations to minimize manual intervention.
- Establish and monitor real-time dashboards and analytics to track orders, revenue, service quality, customer satisfaction, and partner performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional digital enablement and training initiatives for internal teams and retail partners.
- Lead development and integration of AI-driven capabilities such as image-based item identification, service recommendations, and dynamic pricing.
- Manage mobile application lifecycle including design, development, QA, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- Oversee scalable cloud infrastructure, data systems, cybersecurity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Implement monetization models including service fee sharing, marketplace margins, and in-app advertising.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs related to platform adoption, service fulfillment, user engagement, and system reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement through data insights, iterative enhancements, and emerging technology adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, digital platform delivery, or technology transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, web and mobile application development, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external technology partners.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
