Technical Project Manager

Bitsclan is looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead, plan, and deliver projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standar

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and work hours.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Organize, lead, and participate in stakeholder, client, and internal team meetings.

Document and manage project decisions, risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up.

Create, maintain, and oversee comprehensive project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards through regular quality assurance reviews.

Manage client expectations and ensure evolving requirements are addressed effectively.

Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when required.

Assess project risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies.

Manage project changes through structured change management processes.

Assign tasks to internal teams, manage workloads, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Prepare and deliver project presentations, status reports, and executive summaries.

Ensure projects adhere to organizational frameworks, methodologies, and documentation standards.

Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Create and maintain project management calendars, milestones, and delivery schedules.

Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative oversight to project teams as required.

Technical & Tools Expertise

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, or a related field.

3–4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related role.

Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) will be considered an advantage.
